A marina berth is just the ticket if you prefer the pristine water of the lower Gulf Saint Vincent and KI. A number of suitable fishing spots are minutes from the marina. Sailing is excellent and the scenery from seaward is sublime. This particular berth will suit a 12 metre vessel and allows mooring bow to the west which is ideal for lazy summer arvos in the shaded cockpit and offers one or two safety advantages as well. The finger dock is on the preferred starboard side (when moored bow to) therefore blow you on in the prevailing SE winds of summer. The access channel between B and C rows is the widest in the marina so turn room is excellent. Its cheaper to moor at wirrina than power down from Adelaide each time you want to experience real open water cruising. Glenelg is great to sail past now and again but there are only so many times you can do that run. Here you have endless options and stunning coastal scenery combined with truly clean clear seas. Traffic levels are very low compared to the upper Gulf too, even on a busy day.
There is always the option of sub-letting too so if you are not using it you can earn a few dollars. Please call for more info.
