LOCATION – Rivershare Marina is located on the banks of the River Murray 12 kilometres upstream from Mannum, South Australia, just over an hour’s drive from Adelaide. Rivershare Marina is a professional houseboat mooring facility purposely fitted out for the modern day houseboat and its patrons. Set on a wide and deep section of the River Murray.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION – Rivershare Lodge is described as 1196 Purnong Road, Mannum being allotment 12 on Deposited Plan 94010.
Certificate of title is Volume 6144 Folio 56. It comprises 3.7ha of freehold land and riverbed, with direct freehold frontage and access to the main river stream. (A rare commodity indeed)

THE MARINA – Rivershare currently accommodates up to 15 houseboats in a fully serviced marina with power, freshwater and sewerage pump out facilities provided to each berth. The facility has extensive lighting for night operations.
A private boat ramp for small craft is also located on the property. Site is fully bitumenised from public road to berths/shed.
Rivershare Marina is an 11 acre riverfront property situated 12km upstream from the township of Mannum. The Marina is a shared-use site, currently used for several different purposes which need to be understood by all parties visiting the property.

THE PRIVATE LODGE – The private lodge incorporates on site accommodation, for caretaker/manager, storage, laundry facilities for the complex. (Includes public laundry for guests and male/female toilets for guests and visitors)

STORAGE – Rivershare also provide a storage facility for smaller/ ski craft and boasts up to 11 bays in a substantial colorbond clad, steel building.
The facility currently stores ski boats and jet ski’s for clientele and provides an additional service to the Marina, and a third income stream for the owner and/or operators. This building also incorporates an office area and has a mezzanine area over the office for additional storage.

HOUSEBOAT OPERATION – The operator of Rivershare currently also runs a single vessel houseboat operation from the property.
The houseboat and houseboat hire is not included in this sale. However purchasers should consider that a houseboat hiring operation can be carried out from the Rivershare property, and this ability adds potential value to the ownership of the facility.
