11 Acres of Lakeside living.
An Ideal allotment to build your getaway home to take advantage of the views of the Narrows and Lake Albert, the water may have decreased in recent years – but surely it will return giving great additional value to this allotment.
The allotment gently rises from the lake plains to the road front and there would be many ideal home sites available.
Situated adjacent the Old Narrung Stud (horse breeding facility) which has been recently been renovated and now trades as Goodland Park you have the opportunity to look out your window to the training track to watch horses being put through their paces as well as peacefully grazing .
Power is at the rear of the property and a few homes have been built in the area.
Inspection of this property would be highly recommended – you won’t be disappointed.
