They don’t come more family friendly than this one. 4 bedrooms(2 with built-ins), large open lounge/dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, pantry and wall-oven. Plenty of room for the kids outside with the double allotment, and plenty of shade on those summer days with a full length verandah and pergola with shade house to the rear and plenty of natural shade with some very picturesque established trees.
