Undulating red sandy loam country in the Hundred of Mantung and the Hundred of Allen which has been carefully managed by the current owners since the early 1990′s.
The property has been used principally for grazing with crops on a rotational basis. There are water points on each of the sections both from equipped bores. One bore is equipped with a sub pump and gen set, the other bore is equipped with a windmill.
Section 19 has a set of presto panel sheep yards equipped with a high lift loading ramp, there is also a set of small sheep yards on Section 8.
Fencing is better than district average and the property enjoys a good all-weather gravel road frontage. It is situated in an area where adjoining land could also be purchased to increase the size of the holding.
