Approximately 220 ha. (543 acres), of old scrub which to the best of local knowledge has never been cleared. Located approximately 35 kms. north-west of Lameroo, and 45 kms. east of Karoonda, being only approximately 5.5 kms. north of Kulkami and the Lameroo-Karoonda bitumen road.

Some 33 plant species have been identified, and this block is in a district which supports several bird species of conservation significance such as Mallee Fowl, red-lored Whistler, and Western Whipbird.

Good access, with some cleared land included on the southern or roadside boundary.
