Finding absolute waterfront properties on the Lower EP within a reasonable distance of Port Lincoln is becoming a real challenge.
Coffin Bay is the go to option. However Oyster Walk properties are now rarer than hens teeth and good Esplanade properties are almost as hard to find. You can expect to pay anything from $600,000 upwards.Oh and those crowds at Xmas and Easter!!
An option rarely explored is Dutton Bay. Quiet, private and only 15 minutes from Coffin Bay.
