Lot 53 is located on the second arm of the berths, being half way down the arm within a short walk of the carpark.

It has the length of 19m and 8m wide. In total this berth is 152m2 which is plenty of room for any recreation boat and most commercial boats.

Berths in as good of position as this do not come up for grabs often, please feel free to inspect and call for any other information you may require.
