Set within the grounds of Wing’s Farm Park, Gunns Plains this 37 square metre (approx) cabin has some of Tasmania’s best trout fishing a mere 100 metres from the front door on the banks of the Leven River.

The cabin is very well appointed and comfortable, and includes the a number of furnishings and chattels as a walk in walk out sale. This Unit is one only a couple with its own amenities including bathroom with shower and toilet (Ecolet composting unit). The cabin features large bedroom with extensive built in robes for storage, separate living rom and kitchenette with compact electric stove and wood heater, and a small studio or study that could also serve as a small single bed or cot room.

Also included is 3 metre X 3 metre zincalume garden shed. A listing of chattels and furnishings is available to potential purchasers. Full amenities are available on site, and are only a short distance, within 30 metres from the cabin. The amenities include shower, toilets and laundry facilities.

An annual lease applies to the cabins site of $832 per annum (With $120 of the total being credited toward PP Stay fee if payed in full in advance of due date 1st of July each year)., and potential purchasers must consent and provide security checks to the owners of the farms. Cabin owners pay a fee of $6 per person per night that the cabin is occupied (permanent residents have a slightly reduced rate). Permanent cabins have ther own power meters for recording usage.

Please note that the purchase is of the Cabin, there is an lease agreement for the site with the proprietors of Wings Wildlife Park, and a fee for nights in residence. There are a number of permanent reisdents within the park, who contribute to the community atmosphere along with the steady flow of day guests and tourists that visit the park and the camping grounds.
