The dairy platform is an 18 unit swing over herringbone with twin vats, 50 tonne silo and feed system installed in the past 5 years, in that time 3 phase power has been installed to better service the dairy, effluent system, irrigation from dam and bore (with output of approximately 10,000 gallons per hour in service) further supplementing the farms three surveyed dams with 120 megalitre Licence. Bale heads have recently been installed in the dairy to better control feed rationing to the milking cows and a further bore installed providing a further 0.33 of a megalitre per day for use in domestic, stock and processing. The water is tested continuously as a requirement for use in food processing facilities, and not surprisingly tests for this region of Tasmania is of international standards for purity and cleanliness.

As mentioned approximately 150,000 litres of the annual milk production is currently processed and tended in the newly developed milk and cheese processing factory on farm. Whole milk is bottled on site and sold fresh to market. A range of cheeses including Fetta, Fresh Cream Cheese, Washed Rind, Mozarella, Brie and Triple Brie are produced and tended until ready for market under the farms own unique branding. Produce is also available at Farm Gate and farm tours are also welcomed by appointment. Approximately 160 acres of the farm is now irrigated and is serviced by underground irrigation mains serviced by K-line pods and Laterals. Laneways are being extended and new laneways have been formed and awaiting gravelling as part of ongoing farm development. Fertiliser has been in regular applications according to advice from soil analysis and farm requirements, with a strong emphasis on adopting and utilising environmentally friendly Biological farm practices and nutrients including rock phosphate. Applications of lime are scheduled to be applied across the farm during autumn of 2015.
