Situated south of Ulverstone in the fertile district of Preston is approx 130 acres (52.6ha) of slightly undulating land.
Part of the property is currently used for growing potatoes, which are irrigated from one of the two spring fed dams;
the remainder of the land is used for grazing cattle, with a small area of bush.
There are two small sheds on the property, which is divided into several well-fenced paddocks.
