At approximately 201.5 acres this land holding, much of which has been recently renovated to rye and clover species is to be looked at closely. A new 4.5 span centre point pivot plus big gun covering almost 24 hectares (60 acres) has been installed to optimise premium and prolonged fodder grazing and cropping potential.
In addition vermin proofing of the boundary fences to safeguard crops and fodder have been erected, Also a new 15 X 9 X 5 metre shed has been erected and modular stock yards established.
The farm has three dams totalling 47 megalitres under water license. The property is principally used for rearing young dairy replacements, and running dry cows in rotation with seasonal crops which have included potatoes, broccoli, peas, beans and swedes.
In the past twelve months a further 20 acres have been cleared and converted to improved pastures. This is an extremely productive rural allotment, very private and with enormous potential.
