Welcome to 20 Lloyd Street. I’ve been positioned in this lovely family friendly street for approximately 104 years. My charm is evident, from the street Ihave pretty lace work around my verandah and a solid timber door that beckons you to come inside.

Many families have enjoyed my company and no doubt many happy memories my walls do contain. But today I am looking for new owners, someone that can bring the life out in me again and love me again for who I am.

I have fantastic sized rooms that still retain the character and charm of days gone by. You’ll love my original features consisting of wide architraves, solid doors, high ceilings and original floors that are sure to polish up a real treat.

My lounge room is lined with timber dados and a stunning timber mantel holds a built-in wood heater that becomes a real focal point. I also have four bedrooms with more mantels and 1 bathroom and 2 toilets to ease the early morning rush.
