This fully irrigated 217 acre dairy farm is located approximately 10 minutes from Burnie on gently rolling Red Basalt soil. It comes with underground main, lateral irrigation system and a 224 meg water licence via two dams.  1 x 100hp irrigation pump and 1 x 45hp irrigation pump.

Currently milking 260 cows, supplying Fonterra. This season on target to achieve 90,000 kg milk solids.  160 calves were reared on whole milk this season.

The dairy is a 24 unit swing over with feeding system, 12,000 litre milk silo, 350 cow yard (3 years old) and 30 tonne grain silo.

The farm has 1 workshop, 1 hayshed, 1 hayshed/calf shed (house’s 70 calves). The farm also has its own quarry.

The house is an excellent 4 bedroom home with an office, hobby room, 2 lounges, newly renovated modern bathroom with spa plus 2nd WC. The house is heated by a log fire and heat pump with panel heaters in each bedroom. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with an inground swimming pool. The house and dairy water supply is via a bore. There is also a lockable garage and carport.

There is a 1 acre block of berries – raspberries, boysenberries and silvan berries. Owners currently supplying a local jam maker.

There is an adjoining 50 acre lease block that is currently being milked on.
