Private Lake Leake frontage on Chock ‘N’ Log Bay provides a feeling of remoteness in the Eastern Highlands but in reality you are less than 2 kilometres from the local tavern! The renowned Lake Leake Chalet offers old country style bar facilities, quality meals and accommodation. The regional towns of Swansea and Campbell Town are only 30 minutes drive away whilst Launceston is 1 hour to the north. There is a flat lakeside area, scattered with mature White Gums which offers any number of beautiful cabin sites along the shoreline STCA. Such privacy with ‘freehold’ title is rare on these popular fishing lakes. Lake Leake supports a sustainable Brown Trout population whilst the Government Department of Inland Fisheries regularly restock the waters with Brook and Rainbow trout. Well maintained gravel roads provide access to much of the country and many vantage points overlooking Lake Leake.
