Goat Gully is located approx. 30 kilometres east of Oatlands and is surrounded by substantial, established grazing operations. It is an internal block, accessed by a long well constructed laneway and therefore offers excellent privacy and amenity.

This property was selectively logged some years ago and has kilometres of all weather gravel roads and many more tracks that together provide easy access to almost all parts. Approximately 160 hectares is cleared to pasture and native grasses with good open bush grazing available across the entire balance area. Goat Gully represents an ideal wether run and lends itself to a great development block.
There are a couple of shooters huts and plenty of game abounds. For the nature enthusiasts there is plenty of birdlife including at least two wedge tail eagle nesting sites. Thousands of tonnes of dry firewood are standing and regrowth and maturing trees promise a good harvest of commercial volumes of pulp and sawlogs in the future. There are a number of existing dams and some excellent sites to establish large water storages.

Less than 1.5 hours drive from Hobart and with great access and amenity, Goat Gully offers a range of potential usages and a very attractive, private location.
