Almost forgotten by time this remote and secluded block offers the ultimate in privacy and seclusion.

This block is steeped in history from the days when it was mined decades earlier.

Owners have constructed a Yurt on raised decking overlooking the Musselroe River from which you can relax and enjoy the sights of the river and the wildlife grazing on nearby grassed mine tailings at dusk.

The block now comprises a mix of bush and the remnants of sand mine tailings which are covered in grass and small vegetation which attract an array of wildlife.

The Musselroe River passes through the property with its sandy bottom and there is also a small lake formed from when the river was originally diverted. There are also several small dams formed from mine excavations.

Its possible uses are almost unlimited from simply enjoying and relaxing in its natural attributes to a permanent retreat or commercial accommodation.
