It now comprises a mix of bush and the remnants of sand mine tailings which are covered in pockets of grass and small vegetation which attract an array of wildlife.
The property access’s the Great Musselroe River with its sandy bottom and also has a small lake nearby formed from previous mine workings.
Its possible uses are almost unlimited from fossicking, fishing, swimming, bike riding, star gazing and exploring to simply enjoying the pristine environment.
