The Mussellroe River flows through this wonderfully positioned private block. It’s just waiting for someone to make it their home. It is an open block made up of mainly native grasses and sedges, which is great for spotting wildlife on night drives. There is also a good stand of woodland species, however the majority of the land is cleared with relics of the tin mining days and some regrowth happening, mainly wattles. There is also a large dam around 80m x 35m in size.
