Bream Creek is a beautiful part of Tasmania situated between Sorell and Dunalley on the south east coast. This rural block is surrounded by Native forest and farmland with distant views of Maria Island to the East.

Currently used as a weekender this retreat would be an ideal home site or small hobby farm. Cleary’s lane is approximately 8 km from the highway and only 20 minutes from Sorell and 25 minutes from the airport.

The Bream Creek/Marion Bay area has been an inspiration for painters, potters, furniture makers, writers, musicians and poets for decades and is an ideal location to relax and unwind. There is superb bushwalking nearby in the Wielangta State Forest, a magnificent rain forest with some of Tasmania’s tallest Blue Gum trees.
