This block straddles Brown Marsh Road and looks down on Lake Samuel, one of the private London Lakes. Being situated 6 kilometres from Bronte Lagoon and 10 kilometres from Lake Echo this property is well situated for fishing, shooting or bush walking. Alternatively, you may wish to just share the scenery with the wombats, wallabies and pademelons. Dee Lagoon, Lake Binney, Brady’s Lake, Lake King William, Pine Tier lagoon and of course Lake St Claire are also located nearby for trout fishing. Little Pine and The Western Lakes are not far away. The block varies from a small marsh running down to the top of Lake Samuel to vibrant Delegatensis regrowth. This regrowth is showing promise for selective logging of sawlogs. There are also some spectacular twisted white gums up on a rocky outcrop. The hardest part would be deciding on a house site on this beautiful block. Bronte Highland Village and Tarraleah are conveniently close.
