Here is a great country escape only 10 kilometres east of Colebrook. This 50 odd acre block has most things you would want in a country retreat. It is sheltered by forested hills in nearly all directions. This plus the well drained, rock free gentle terrain would help make it suitable for cherries, apricots, grapes, potatoes and other crops. There are three drainage lines through the property. A quite large dam is located next to the middle sized creek. There looks to be a good dam site on the largest winter creek. There is also the steel framework and septic tank left from a burnt out house which could be utilised STCA. There are plenty of great house sites on the property and large areas of useful flat land for horses or motorbikes alike.
