View the waves crashing on the beach when there is a swell, or gently lapping at the sandy shore on a calm day, see the entire Pirates Bay from Clyde Island near the Tesselated Pavements to the fishing and pleasure boats moored at the Jetty and launching ramp, where the professional game fishing charters and whale watching / sight-seeing boats leave from, as well the recreational fishermen from the lil ‘ol tinny to the pleasure craft. The beach is just across the road, literally a minute’s walk. On the way home, stop and grab the paper or an ice-cream from the store. Local hotel is close at hand. The house is three bedrooms with combined kitchen / dining and sep. lounge with wood heating and glass sliding door to balcony. There is a large sun room with heaps of windows making you feel as though you are on the beach, bathroom has shower over bath and the toilet is sep. Under the house is fully enclosed garage easily converted to rumpus / B.B.Q. area.
