I’d be confident these blocks are the best value currently available in the Glenorchy Municipality. The allotments range from 1210m2 to 1435m2 which effectively is double the size of your regular block.

Most only have a very gentle slope and have views towards the river. Surrounded by fine homes on similar sized blocks where units are not allowed make this a great neighbourhood for raising children.

In a no-though road, just a short walk from the bird life at Goulds Lagoon and the children’s playground, located a 15 minute drive from the centre of Hobart or 5 minutes to Glenorchy.
