The images of this bush block dont do justice to the magnificence of the areas natural environment. There are tall stands of eucalypt, a health range of understorey plants and subalpine forest where many of Tasmanias native wildlife species live. A unique feature is the stunning crystal clear stream flowing from Mount Wellington with a waterfall that creates a natural boundary on the mountain side or south side of the land and eventually becomes the New Town Rivulet.
Zoned rural residential and part of the Bushy Creek precinct (Rural C) the 4.5 hectares (approx.) are undulating with several level sites.
