Set on a small lot this brand new home is spacious and very well designed. A large living area and classy eat in kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom has everything that you could desire. Large shower, separate bath and mirror wall, separate toilet and two good size bedrooms with built ins. The grounds are flat with two access’s off the road. A short distance to shops, doctors etc.
This would have to be one of the better designed units or small homes I have seen. The value is excellent . Inspect and be impressed.
