Located just a couple of kilometres along Roaring Beach Road, the 23+ acre allotment has been mostly cleared to light regrowth and enjoys views across Storm Bay and makes an ideal lookout to check the surf at Kelpies Point. There is a glimpse of Parson’s Bay and Nubeena jetty through the trees.

There is only a line of crown reserved light bush between you and is a popular spot for rock fishing. The power is close at hand and the centre of Nubeena is a 20 min walk or short drive.
