The middle level has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry, with an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, sunroom and private eastern courtyard off the main bedroom. An internal staircase leads to a lower ancillary flat with one bedroom and a workshop with external entrance. This flat has an undercover verandah and garden area adjoining.

2) Existing House – (Permit PLN 13-00954-01)
This permit is valid until 27th September 2017.
It involves extensions to the existing house, upper and lower decks and a downstairs ancillary flat. The permit allows for a 2 storey extension at the northern (Beddome St side of the house) providing for a sun-filled open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area upstairs. Stackable doors/windows in 2 walls will give the dining area maximum flexibility – it can effectively be turned into a covered balcony with a spectacular view with the doors open for fine summer days.
