Built as a Coaching Inn called The Cocked Hat after a near by Hill. Licenced from 1830 to 1920.
Rebuilt after a fire in 1970 on a concrete slab to the same plans and layout as the original Inn.
Opened in 1973 using the front room as a Tea Room and Gallery with its own kitchenette. Surrounded by landscaped gardens covering 3000 sq metres. Main bedroom with ensuite and two further bedrooms with second bathroom. New kitchen with sunroom and breakfast room.

Woolpack Inn is a registered business name and is listed as a heritage site. It has council approval to conduct a Tearoom, Bed and Breakfast or Gallery. The building has been approved to put a shower and toilet in the laundry to create a bedroom with ensuite.

The main sitting room is heated with a wood heater and under floor heating, as is the kitchen. Paved Court Yard.
Currently used as a comfortable family home.
