Which was once believed to be the “Surgeons Cottage” , built by the Rudge brothers in 1841 this cottage has seen duty as a Boys School, Doctors Surgery and now a family home. Originally it was believed to have been built as sleeping accommodation for the “Plough Inn” next door, as at times things got a bit to noisy to sleep. Now almost 2012 the property has lost little of its charm and appeal. Accommodation consisting of two spacious bedrooms and two separate living areas. A charming kitchen and dining area kept consistent with that of its original era. Beautiful
English style garden
with the added bonus of having new office/ workshop facility with ADSL connection. An ideal opportunity to purchase a piece of Meander Valley history.
