FARM DETAILS
A self-replacing Angus beef herd produce yearlings for the local trade. Approximately 40 ‘keeper’ heifers are introduced to the herd annually. Merino ewes are joined to White Suffolk Rams providing a nucleus for a second cross prime lamb flock. Dry land crops which have been grown include brassicas, oats, and millet and tama ryegrass.
