“Dalen” is located in a private setting (no through road) 20 minutes drive from the northern suburbs (University, Maritime College, secondary schools) of Launceston. Lilydale, which has a local Primary and High school is a 10 minute bus ride away.
A major 2013 renovation upgraded the three bedroom homestead. There are spacious living and dining areas, a fabulous kitchen, double glazing, modern heating and cooling systems, a 5kW solar roof panel unit, solar hot water, insulation and quality appliances throughout.

Rowleys Hill is situated in the centre of the State’s northern viticultural region which has proved to grow grapes successfully over the past hundred years. Today, the Tamar Valley produces 40% of Tasmania’s premier wines.
