The Blue Beach House is wonderfully situated 30 metres from the water, 50 metres to a deep sea jetty and only 200 metres to a safe, sandy, swimming beach.

Facing north north/west you will relax on the deck inside the fully fenced private and sheltered yard. Enjoy watching the swimmers on the beach with the wilderness in the background or marvelling at the spectacular sunsets. Either from the relaxing outdoor deck or inside in the open plan kitchen dining area you will enjoy watching the ever changing scenery and views.

Three bedrooms – bedding at present to sleep up to 10 people. You will find everything you need – light and spacious (with those amazing views) open plan kitchen/dining room, bathroom, separate large laundry and a spacious workshop. The living room opens out to the deck and grass play area. If the weather is cooler or you just feel like some fun in the extra large undercover area at the back of the house you will find a table tennis table.

A lovely scenic 5 minute walk on the foreshore path opposite the house will take you to the centre of Strahan. A once bustling port for mining and the timber industry the unique character of Strahan still remains. Fishing, aquaculture and tourism now thrive in the town. Watch the tourists depart on a river cruise, a helicopter or seaplane flight, have a coffee, a bite to eat or feed the ducks off the wharf .
