The design by Shane Thomas is modern and contemporary with clean punchy rendered lines, bright spacious internal areas with plenty of spatial ventilation and ceiling scapes. The design was overviewed by a Feng Shui specialist to meet the client’s requirements.

The ground-floor level features a drive through portico with double-storey entry foyer. Ground-floor accommodation includes an opulent kitchen fitted out with coffered ceilings, timber joinery, granite bench tops and stainless steel appliances. This room is connected to a huge family/meals area with a double storey voided ceiling opening to the first-floor billiard room.

Three large bedrooms and one guest room (for frequent interstate and overseas visitors) are located on the ground level. Bathrooms and laundry are appointed with up-to-date modern fittings and include ceramic tiles, frameless clear glass shower enclosures and chrome tap ware.

A separate games room hoses the audiovisual equipment and the family rooms is liked through a rear covered portico deck used for outdoor entertaining. The family room overlooks the superbly landscaped pool area featuring luscious palms, natives and exotic plants.

Alighting from a geometric stair to the first-floor lobby area overlooking the living area below, one is greeted with superb views across a magnificently detailed landscaped pool and tennis court toward port Philip Bay. The full-sized tennis court with associated pavilion is serviced with a sink, refrigerator and built-in barbecue. The pavilion is linked to the main residence and tennis court via a colonnade around the pool area. The in ground pool and spa are connected to the fully landscaped outdoors which includes water features, ponds and a flowing creek.

Accommodation on the first floor comprises the fully appointed master bedroom suite, serviced by a spacious, superbly appointed ensuite bathroom including oval spa bath and frameless double shower.
