The separately licensed cellar facility is a participatory member of the Mornington Peninsulas Vignerons’ Association and is the sole retail outlet for the sale of the estate’s range of premium wines.
VINEYARD
Established by T’Gallant Winemakers in 1995, 6.5 acres of premium maritime cold climate plantings, 2 acres each of pinot noir, pinot gris and chardonnay plus .5 acre of gewurtztraminer.
A grape purchase agreement is in place with Scotchman’s Hill Group P/L whose chief winemaker is responsible for the production of the estates wine. Excess fruit is purchased for use separately by Scotchman’s Hill in their own production.
