Yes I am the pick of the bunch. Apart from the location in the complex the fact that I have 3 large bedrooms all with robes and the master with walk thru robes. Quality appliances included in the spacious kitchen add to the ample cupboard and bench space. Extra large living area leads out to the private backyard when kids will be secure to play whenever they want. bathroom has bath, shower and vanity. Laundry has extra bench space. Oh yes, did I mention I have double lock up garaging as well. I am special!
