A great little budget breaker. Hard to obtain 3 bedrooms in this price bracket together with a spacious lounge with reverse cycle air-conditioner, and kitchen/dining area with plenty of storage. Set on a generous allotment with ample room to extend or place the all important shed. Vendor said “Sell”!
