The brick and BV, 5 BR house includes an independent manager’s quarters (currently used as a games room) with ensuite BR. The site was cut out of the hillside and built 1994-95. The well-appointed kitchen/dining/living are open plan with the adjacent conservatory opening to the rear garden. Stairs, leading from this level, descend to the garage/cellar door and wine storage. There are 2.5 bathrooms, 3WC and numerous cupboards plus extra storage. The house is surrounded by mature gardens with sweeping views from the elevated terrace.

The vineyard, 6.7ha of highest quality producing vines of 6 grape varietals – mainly shiraz and cabernet – previously produced own-vineyard wine but the fruit has long been purchased by high profile wineries. Below the house and vines is a winery/shed 12m x 24m with 22,500 litre water tank. Fencing and internal roads are in excellent order with electrified kangaroo-proof fencing surrounding the vineyard.
