Approximately half of the land is cleared and the other half wooded including lateric woodland (EVC 704) with tall yellow gum and yellow box appearing to be the dominant species. You might consider using this block to provide carbon tax offsets. This large grassland area with scattered shade trees also make the land well suited to cattle and sheep grazing. It is almost completely bounded by forest including the Devil’s Garden State Park.

There is a huge main dam and the area around Lake Fyans is well known for it’s yabbies.
