The 100 Acres is a small rural holding with an urban outlook, only 5 or 6 km from the outskirts of Narrogin. It is based on gently undulating, good quality, farmland and has extensive rural views. Apart from its top class lifestyle attributes it has also been developed into a small stud ranch. It has been sub-divided into several paddocks and has the capacity to be used for grains, hay, sheep or cattle production. The 100 Acres provides plenty of potential as a horse agistment centre.
The house is a very comfortable, and roomy, country style cottage in good condition. Farm sheds comprise a large general purpose type, with some sheep handling facilities and power connection, a large hay/ machinery shed and a stud “barn” with associated wood yards and handling races. All of these are effective but have a rustic appearance.
The farm land is all cleared except for contour drains and established tree lines. Good quality water supplies are derived from an equipped bore, well and 2 dams. It also has several rainwater tanks.
