A little something from the owners of this beautiful property –

Living in Darlington would have to be the “best kept secret” as far as we are concerned.

We have brought up our four children in this great caring community. There are really good schools in Darlington, both State & Private, kindergarten facilities and many opportunities to take part in sporting activities during summer and winter.

In the area of Oxley Road and the cul de sac of Oxley Place, our family grew up with lots of children their age. Nowadays, there are similarly many young children in this area who go to the local Primary School.

Neighbours keep an eye on each other’s properties in one another’s absence.

There are plenty of lovely walking trails if one is interested and a walk up to the local Greenmount National Park is just a stone’s throw away. There is a bus service which goes down Darlington Road to Midland during the day and the “fastworker” bus service is available on the Highway near the local pool which enables one to reach Midland in a short time and catch the express train to Perth which takes about 15 minutes. This service operates during the peak periods.

There are 2 Churches in the “village” providing Sunday Services & Sunday Club for the youngsters.

The only downside of living here is having to leave our lovely home and garden due to health problems….
