What influenced you to buy this property?
We were attracted to the location and in particular the block. While the house has been built new, the block is still magical to me. We love the feeling of space, and with only one adjoining neighbour and the surrounding park we could be in the middle of nowhere. The abundance of trees, the winter creek, and the cool valley position attracts a multitude of wildlife including bandicoots, possums, parrots, kookaburras, kingfishers, wrens, frogs and owls.
What advantages are there in living in your home?
The valley position stays cools and green throughout the year.

When we bought the property we purchased the location. Our intention was always to build a ‘dream’ home. We built our home using quality materials throughout. The whole half acre has been landscaped yet is low maintenance, as we wanted to create a resort lifestyle we could enjoy every day.

Size – Our home has generous room dimensions, we built what we wanted, not to a price point.
