This ultra modern orchard consists of over 53,000 income producing fruit trees of which most are stone fruit with the balance being apples. The orchard is predominately on North facing slopes and is on two titles. The Balingup River runs past the property. A large amount of the property is situated inside the Balingup town boundary. A large irrigation dam provides water to all of the orchard. Complimenting the farm is a very large shed that was once used as a fruit packing facility. It has two cool rooms and an office under the main roof. The farm also has two smaller machinery sheds and two old homes on it.
