Set on just under 1 acre is this beautiful very spacious house made with solid brick and colourbond roof. It has been tastefully decorated throughout with a bonus that lounge room has just been renovated with new timber flooring. The bedrooms are all double sized with built in robes in all, (one of the rooms has a walk in robe). There is a separate spa in the ensuite, a double sized shower recess and a separate toilet. The Australind Train service comes into the Cookernup station with 2 return trips to Perth or Bunbury each day.
Harvey is approximately 8 minutes away to the South.
Mandurah and Bunbury are around 40-45 minutes North and South respectively.

Now, we have saved the best for last. Logue Brook Recreational Dam is only 7 minutes away. This is a beautiful place to visit during Summer for swimming, Skiing, Canoeing, fishing or marroning (in season). It is set up with all the BBQ facilities and toilets, and camping is permissible.
