The house has an extended and comfortable lounge with wood panelling walls, reverse cycle airconditioning and slow combustion wood fire. All bedrooms and the lounge have polished floorboards with vinyl in the dining room.
The back door opens to a good size patio area with a good size storage room on one side, which could be used as a sleepout. The patio also gives entry to the laundry with the toilet at the rear of the laundry.
At the rear of the patio is a free standing gazebo and alongside is a weatherboard and iron shed divided into two more storage rooms. Alongside this building is the good size garage/workshop with roller door, concrete floor and power and storage area to one side on the left hand side of the garage is a carport, currently being used as a greenhouse.
At the back of the house and towards the middle of the property are two zincalume garages, one is of double size and the other is an open front shed with a high roof line suitable for storing a caravan and some other large machinery. Further past this and alongside a dam is an old machinery shed suitable for storing small type farm equipment. A portion of the property is cleared with the balance comprising an orchard with various fruit varieties. There are also quite a number of citrus trees.
The house itself is surrounded by areas of lawn and attractive gardens and shrubs. FL3M
