Tales of the Trail Western Ranch (45 Tinks Road, Manjimup) is nestled in the pretty South West of Western Australia, where the Karri trees stand tall. Conveniently located between Manjimup, Pemberton and Northcliffe.
Driving 400 meters along a quiet gravel road you will come to The Ranch, a comfortable 4×2 home on 37 ha (91 acres).
Completely set up to all your equestrian wishes.
Being surrounded on 3 sides by state forest provides lots of privacy, easy access to horse trails and calm surroundings.
The house
The ranch is a comfortable timber home freshly painted outside at the beginning of the year. The design is stunning with high windows in the hallway, letting the winter sun in and keeping the summer sun out. It features a cozy lounge with new wood fire, separate dining, reading room (or extra bedroom), bright country kitchen with walk in pantry and electric stove, bathroom with bath and shower and 4 bedrooms, the master with ensuite. Part of the house has a second story. From the office that’s located upstairs, together with a second lounge area we can keep an eye on most of the property. Laundry, separate toilet and cellar. But the best spot of the house is definitely the deck. A lovely place to relax overlooking the paddocks or have a nice barbeque.
The water to the house is rainwater collected in 2 rainwater tanks connected to an Edwards solar hot water system with electric booster.
