Situated 10 kms south west of Manjimup on Seven Day road is 64.78 ha’s of what is considered by the locals as PRIME INTENSIVE AGRICULTURAL LAND. Ideally placed in the upper Lefroy Valley, within the Warren catchment region, the property is roughly rectangular in shape with a north/south orientation giving east/west facing slopes. The dominant watercourse, the Archie Oven Brook passes through the property north to south. Towards the southern boundary is a permanent freshwater spring which has been flow checked at 35 mega ltrs per annum. The Archie Oven Brook then flows into Fonty’s Pool, which is also in close proximity to the southern boundary.
The Lefroy Valley plays host to a number of award winning wineries, as well as intensive horticulture, extensive orchards(apples to avocado)and in more recent times the burgeoning truffle industry.

The property has been used in the past for horticultural pursuits and is presently being used for cattle.
