I was once a proud abode right near the heart of town. How I dazzled with my high ceilings, big rooms and decorative character features such as ceiling roses, cornices and elegant wallpaper.

But I’ve aged, buyers, oh how I’ve aged!

The central hub at my heart can be made a social place of eating and laughing, and I offer up an original wood stove, a modern gas oven and stove and a sizable space to transform into a vibrant kitchen and dining area with room to move.

I’m also a good host, with a second king sized bedroom, a sunroom at the rear to create a possie to curl up with a book on a lazy day, and plenty of storage in my linen closet and bedroom sized store beside the back door.

My concrete pathways manoeuvre through the spacious yard offering up a tour through the yard to conjure up images of the grand yard that could be created with creative flare.

Please don’t be too hard on me, I’ve lived a good life, and given the opportunity, and a modern day makeover, I will line your pocket and never let you down.
