Not everyone wants a big five acre block when they move to the country.
Some prefer something easier to manage and a little closer to what they had in town.

Maybe coming down to enjoy the quieter lifestyle does not mean slaving away on a large block which takes all the goodness out of that change.
Or maybe we live in Nannup already, are getting older, and need to downsize after having lived on a large block.
Or maybe we are a young couple just starting out and a small block is all we can afford for the moment until we move on to bigger things.

Whatever the reason, this block at 795m2 is very similar to it neighbour, a long narrow north facing block which would suit a home at top to take in the views and a terraced garden. Nannup is just a short stroll away and the hospital is nearby. Nannup is often described as the ‘Hub of the Southwest’ being central to the other towns in the region.
