Minutes from town and metres from the Blackwood River, the area has been named Riverbend and the name must have been conceived while standing on this block and watching the river curling around the corner. The five acre pastured block has a large flat area on the ridge as you drive in off Dean where you could build or you can take advantage of the river view and build further down the slope.

It is a five kilometre drive into the lovely little town of Nannup with shops, cafes, a school, hospital and other services.

The tourist and timber town of Nannup is known as the “Hub of the Southwest” as it is within 50 to 70 kilometres of several towns such as Bridgetown and Busselton.
Mowen Road links Nannup directly to the Margaret River region. A major upgrade to Mowen Road is scheduled to be completed in early-mid 2014 and it is anticipated that this will have a major impact on the Nannup area.
